Welcome to the SS VIRGINIA V!

City Catering Open House

Join City Catering at Lake Union Park aboard the last of the Puget Sound Mosquito Steamship Fleet that sailed these waters so long ago. Enjoy a fried chicken biscuit, pickled shrimp, and a Ramos Gin Fizz. Yes, you heard that right. We shall attempt to conquer the Ramos Gin Fizz at a catered event. The City Caterers were a bit split on whether or not we should attempt such a feat. But you know the old saying, "the City Caterer who writes the invite gets the last word." That word is YES.

Let's talk Parking. There are street spaces around and a public lot around the corner to the North on Westlake -- a short walk across the footbridge will bring you into the park. If you are not blessed with street parking luck, the closest lot is at 809 Fairview Place N. Also... the street car stops at the park or lyft will happily transport you to us.

Dockside

For most of the year, the S.S. Virginia V is docked on the southern bank of Lake Union. Our home port is easy to find behind the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI) just past the antique steam clock.
